Theme Park visitors love to capture and share their family memories, but many do so at the expense of actually enjoying the experience while it's happening. Leveraging mobile location-based technology to ensure magical moments are never missed is the insight behind Disney Tagalong Tale.

 

The app uses passive mobile check-ins to remember the journey for the user - everything from what rides they went on twice, to how sunny it was that weekend, to where that surprise meeting with Mickey and Minnie took place - Tagalong Tale is the park-goer's living storybook. Users can invite family members to follow along from home and interact with their experience and create a custom, physical memory book once the journey's complete.
